Reception
Welcome at the reception. Our multilingual reception staff gladly helps you further with any questions, special requests and information about touristic attractions and activities.
At the reception you can get extensive information about the campsite, its animation and activities, the surroundings & Luxembourg, walking maps, cultural events and excursions, the weather, public transport, Luxembourg card, phone & Wifi cards, safety lockers, first aid, doctors, dentists, vets etc. Balloon flights, horse riding (min 3 years experience), massages, sauna and special trips can be booked at the reception.
Upon arrival, you will receive an access card (€10,00 deposit/card) to access the campsite, and to use the washing machines and tumbledryers (for an extra charge).
If upon arrival the reception has already closed, then you can always check in via the restaurant (until 23h00).
